Perform each move for 1 minute! Repeat.
1. Plank to Warrior- Left Leg, 1 minute
4. Reverse Lunge to Knee Up, Bicep Curl- Left Side One Minute
5. Reverse Lunge to Knee Up, Bicep Curl- Right Side One Minute
6. Side Lunge with Tricep Pressback- Right Side One Minute
7. Side Lunge with Tricep Pressback- Left Side One Minute
8. Plank with Row- Right Side 1 minute
9. Plank with Row- Left Side 1 minute
