Ever wonder what instructors do to stay healthy? Here are my 8 simple healthy must dos for everyday!

1. Wake up and drink a glass of water.

2. Exercise for at least 40 minutes or 4 miles.

3. Eat salad for lunch.

4. Eat an apple.

5. Read the news.

6. Go to bed early.

7. Be in touch with family and friends.

8. Take vitamins.
