SunshineFIT Mommy and Me Simple Circuit

Hey Mamas! Many of you have asked for exercises to do with your little one. Check out my SunshineFIT Mommy and Me Simple Circuit! A quick circuit you can do at home anytime! The lunges and squats are a great way to put baby to sleep while you get some exercise in. Perform each exercise for 25-50 repetitions or for one minute each.

Squats with Baby Lifts

Plank to Side Planks

Baby Roll-Ups
