Movin March Exercise 10- The Workout!

If you’ve been following the last 9 days I’ve posted a new exercise each day to get you up and moving! Now, put it all together for the MOVIN MARCH WORKOUT! You can grab some weights and do the workout right in your living room, right now!!

Perform each of the 9 exercises for one minute each. Repeat 1-4 times.
