SPRING FEVER!!

IMG_1201Happy April 1st! There is something about a month that begins on a Monday that can very exciting! New month, new week! It’s time to dust off your spring and summer goals!

This week here is a SunshineFIT Spring Fever workout plan to get you moving!

Monday- 45 minutes of cardio. ANY kind! Work off your weekend and sweat it out!

Tuesday- Strength Circuit!

Do each exercise below for one minute, repeat circuit three times.

Pushups, squats, plank, jog in place, squat jumps, lunges, tricep dips, jumping jacks, plie squats, front kicks

Wednesday– 30 minutes of Cardio and Abs.

Thursday- Strength Circuit!

Do each exercise below for one minute, repeat circuit three times.

Pushups, squats, plank, jog in place, squat jumps, lunges, tricep dips, jumping jacks, plie squats, front kicks

Friday- 45 minutes of cardio to get ready for the weekend!

Saturday- A long walk or a yoga class.

Sunday- Rest day.
