Walnut Carrot Salad

Walnut Carrot Salad Ingredients:

6-8 Carrots, peeled and grated, squeeze water out of carrots and let sit on paper towel

1/2 cup of walnuts broken up

1/8 cup of fresh chives, diced

Dressing:

2 tablespoons of honey

1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon of chili oil (can use olive oil with a sprinkle of red pepper as a substitute)

1/2 teaspoon of chili powder

1. Add walnuts to the carrot mixture in a bowl.

2. Whisk Dressing ingredients together and then pour over carrot mixture. Add chives to mixture and serve.
