Who doesn’t love Spring? Flowers bloom, the days are longer, the sun shines! Plus, it’s one step closer to summer! This recipe is a great addition to salads, a fabulous dip, or a dressing for tacos!
1 cup of low-fat mayo
1/2 cup of low-fat sour cream
1/2 teaspoon of fresh chives
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 garlic clove, minced and crushed (almost in liquid form)
1/4 of a fresh Vidalia onion, diced very small
1 teaspoon of chipotle powder
1/2 cup of cilantro
the juice of 1 lime
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth
